Ron Kasperski

PRESIDENT & BOARD MEMBER

Ron has a passion to see the Body of Christ expand into something that resembles the Acts 2 church. Including meeting, caring for one another and breaking bread daily to expand the kingdom of God and Gospel of Jesus Christ to an unsaved world. He and Dawn recently started a ministry, The Warehouse 24/7, that meets daily for edifying the Body of Christ through teaching the Word, Bible studies, prayer meetings, mentorship and more. Ron is an avid Bible analyst digging deep into its meaning as well as a group leader, prayer group leader and active in his church. He has a passion to see the lost find Jesus Christ as their Savior. 

Ron currently is a General Contractor in the State of Florida and a licensed builder in the State of Michigan. He is President and owner of Oakwood Custom Homes which specializes in high end custom homes and multimillion dollar projects. He has been a professional for over 24 years in the building industry and has won several awards for his design work. He is experienced in architectural design, budgeting and planning from small to large projects. He is the producer of his own detailed custom plans. His experience also encompasses commercial building projects. His integrity and trustworthiness are apparent throughout the projects he engages in.  

Before becoming a custom home builder, Ron worked in the finance industry for 15 years. He owned and operated a Home Lending Mortgage Company for 8 years. He is a husband and father to 3 children.  

Dawn Kasperski

COO of the CAFE & BOARD MEMBER

Dawn was an entrepreneur from the start. She has been in the real estate field for over 35 years starting her own real estate appraisal firm that she owned for approximately 20 years. She is well versed in the ins and outs of running a business from hiring employees to the day-to-day tasks.  Dawn simultaneously worked in the real estate sales industry and became a Real Estate Broker.  She has been licensed in multiple states and has also owned her own real estate brokerage, Premier Real Estate Associates, LLC where she managed the properties of Oakwood Custom Homes for many years. She was the Sales Manager for Oakwood Custom Homes bringing in sales as well as managing the contract work for Oakwood. Dawn has also worked as design coordinator for each custom home. She has listed and sold a variety of homes in several states. 

Among other things she and Ron have raised 3 children. In conjunction with Ron, she currently operates The Warehouse 24/7 ministry which supports the church in broadening the Gospel of Jesus Christ in all denominations and walks of life.  

SHANNON PETERSON

COO & BOARD MEMBER

Shannon is an experienced COO, most recently managing a start-up company offering HR and payroll services that grew exponentially over 13 years. Prior to that, she worked as a manager at a nonprofit Christian night club in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Shannon spent over a decade at a 500+ attorney law firm in Minneapolis Minnesota, currently known as Faegre Drinker, where she worked in the firm’s marketing department. 

She is a graduate of Living Word Bible Institute and has volunteered doing Bible studies in prisons for men and women and has taught job skills at a human trafficking organization. Shannon is currently involved in Pastoral Care at her church and has a strong passion for prayer and helping the lost and hurting find healing and freedom through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Integrity and trust, along with determination and dedication, are the philosophies that Dominic strives for in all aspects of his life. His passion is encouraging and loving people and helping them achieve their dreams in life. Dominic attributes his business success to the 30 plus years of experience he has gained as an Entrepreneur, Corporate Executive, Digital Marketing Executive, along with his ability to create innovative business strategies and his negotiations skills. 

What truly sets him apart is the experience he has acquired having successfully developed a number of businesses over the last 30 years, and the experience he has gained as an investor and Senior V.P for a National Digital Marketing Company that worked with large corporations both within the United States and Globally.

Longtime entrepreneur and owner of multiple businesses, Greg brings his faith based experience to the table for Restoration House.
